Helmet Club Hakuba
Just 500 metres from the ski lifts, Helmet Club Hakuba is an exceptional chalet built for large groups who want to hit the slopes in style. Six en-suite bedrooms accommodate up to twelve guests, making it one of the most generous properties in the Yume portfolio.
The facilities are extensive, with a sauna, library, two games rooms, a tatami yoga space, and a theatre room complete with a projector and karaoke system, so there’s always something to do. Movie nights, ping pong, foosball, and karaoke sessions come as standard.
At the heart of the chalet is an open-plan living, dining, and kitchen area with a striking floor-to-ceiling glass entrance and underfloor heating throughout excluding the theatre room. The granite kitchen is fitted with an IH cooktop and Miele dishwasher, while an expansive covered deck with outdoor furniture and a large gas BBQ extends the living space during summer stays.
The Kokusai lifts at Happo-One are within walking distance, just nine minutes on foot to the Sakka lifts. With concierge services and in-room amenities included, Helmet Club Hakuba has everything big groups, families, and friends could ask for.

About the rate
- minimum number of nights: 3 nights (December-March), 2 nights (April-November)
- Rate for up to 12 ppl. (children and infants included)
- 10% Sales tax is included in the rate.
- 5% Booking fee will be applied to the total accommodation cost.
- All rates from June 1st 2026 includes the accommodation tax collected by Hakuba Village.
- Payment method:
Payments can be made by credit card in your local currency (The currency will be automatically selected by your home address) by a payment system provided by Flywire. If you need to select another method, please inquire. - Damage security pre-authorization:
At check-in, you will be required to sign a credit card pre-authorization form to cover the cost of any damage to the property during your stay.
Payment schedule
- From December to March, 100% of paid prepayments refundable when cancelled 60 days prior to arrival date or earlier (Please note that teh booking fee is non-refundable), 0% refundable if cancelled after.
From April to November, for cancellation after 10 days prior to arrival date, there will be 100% cancellation fee.
